Consultation and Contract

We meet for a free 45 minute consultation via phone or in person. Once you decide to book we will go over the contract details and set up a payment plan. You will also be sent our welcome package!

The Big Stuff

This planning stage includes everything from venue visits to finalizing your guest list to photography and videography booked in and more! It is called The Big Stuff after all!

Logistics and Vendors

We plan out your day looking closer at the logistics and book in a few of the other million vendors you may not have thought of!

The Design and the Details

Or as I like to call it, The Fun Phase! Wedding design development complete with a design board presentation and vendor procurement.

Wedding Management Kickstart

This is when we begin timeline development, vendor confirmations, and guest list management.

Rock Out The Day

This is when all the details and planning finally comes together for your seamlessly executed and styled wedding!

You’re Married

You can bet we will be reaching out after your wedding with a huge thank you and a huge congrats! If we get the chance we would love to grab a drink with you and run through all the behind the scenes of your day!
